Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Rutin Takip mobile application developed by SK Studios.

Rutin Takip is a simple routine and habit-tracking application designed to help users organize daily routines, follow their progress, manage archived routines, and track rewards in a practical and privacy-conscious way.

Core Principles

• Account Optional:
  Users can use core app features locally without creating an account. Google sign-in is optional and is used for cloud backup and restore features.
• Local-first Storage:
  Routine data is stored locally on the user’s device by default.
• Optional Cloud Backup:
  If the user signs in with Google and uses cloud backup, app backup data may be stored on Supabase infrastructure.
• User Control:
  Users can create, edit, archive, delete, export, reset, back up, and restore their app data using the app features.

Data Export and Backup

The app supports local export/import and optional cloud backup.

• Cloud backup may include routines, completion history, archived routines, points, rewards, reward spending history, app settings, and backup metadata.
• Cloud backups are linked to the Google account used for sign-in.
• The app may keep latest, daily protection, and weekly protection backup slots to help users recover from accidental data loss.
• Users can restore a selected cloud backup from inside the app.
• Local export files remain under the user’s control.

Google Sign-In and Cloud Account

Rutin Takip uses Google sign-in through Supabase Auth.

• When users sign in, the app may process account-related information such as user ID, email address, display name, profile image URL, and authentication provider.
• This information is used to identify the user’s cloud backup account and provide backup/restore features.
• Google sign-in is handled by Google and Supabase according to their own privacy and security practices.

Cloud Backup Storage

Cloud backup data is stored using Supabase.

• Backup data is associated with the signed-in user account.
• Access rules are designed so users can access only their own backup records.
• Cloud backup is intended for data recovery and device transfer.
• Users should still protect access to their Google account and device.

Advertising

Rutin Takip may show ads served by third-party providers such as Google AdMob.

These providers may collect certain technical information, such as device identifiers, advertising ID, approximate usage data, or ad interaction data, in order to serve, measure, and improve ads.

You can manage or limit personalized advertising from your device’s privacy or advertising settings.

Third-party Analytics

At this time, Rutin Takip does not use third-party analytics services to track your personal behavior or usage patterns inside the app.

Data Sharing

SK Studios does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

If Google sign-in or cloud backup is used, data may be processed by service providers such as Google and Supabase for authentication, storage, backup, and restore purposes.

If ads are shown, Google AdMob may process limited technical and advertising-related data.

Data Deletion

Users can delete/reset local data inside the app.

Users can remove local app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data from device settings.

Cloud backup data associated with a Google account may remain in cloud storage unless deleted through app features or by contacting SK Studios.

Users can contact SK Studios to request deletion of cloud account/profile/backup data associated with their email address.

Children’s Privacy

Rutin Takip is not specifically directed at children. SK Studios does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

Local data security depends on the user’s device security.

Cloud backup access depends on the user’s Google account and Supabase authentication.

Users should protect their Google account and device credentials.

No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but reasonable measures are used to protect cloud backup access.
