Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Rutin Takip mobile application developed by SK Studios.

Rutin Takip is a simple routine and habit-tracking application designed to help users organize daily routines, follow their progress, manage archived routines, and track rewards in a practical and privacy-conscious way.

Data We Process

• Local device data:
  Your routines, completion history, archived routines, points, rewards, and related app data are stored locally on your device.
• Online service data:
  When cloud backup is enabled, selected routine data, completion history, archived routines, points, rewards, settings, and backup metadata may be stored securely in Supabase and linked to the signed-in Google account.
• Technical data:
  The app and its service providers may process limited device, network, authentication, security, billing, crash, or service-interaction data needed to operate, protect, and improve the relevant features.
• No sale of personal data:
  SK Studios does not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Accounts and Online Services

Account model: Optional Google Sign-In

Google sign-in is optional and is used to connect cloud backup and restore features through Supabase Auth.

Depending on the features used, data may be processed by the following service providers:

• Google Sign-In
• Supabase

Third-party providers process data according to their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and legal obligations.

Cloud Backup

Cloud backup is optional. Backup records are associated with the signed-in account and are intended for restore, recovery, and device-transfer purposes.

Users remain responsible for protecting access to their device and account credentials.

Advertising

Rutin Takip may show advertisements served by Google AdMob or other disclosed advertising providers.

Advertising providers may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate usage information, consent choices, ad impressions, and ad interaction data to serve, limit, measure, secure, and improve advertising.

Personalized advertising can be managed or limited through device, Google, consent, or advertising settings where available.

Analytics and Diagnostics

At this time, Rutin Takip does not use a separate third-party analytics service to create behavioral profiles. Service providers may still process limited technical, diagnostic, advertising, authentication, billing, or security data for their specific functions.

Data Sharing and Retention

Data is shared only as needed with service providers that support the features described in this policy, or when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or protection of users and services.

Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant feature, account continuity, security, support, transaction records, legal obligations, or legitimate operational purposes. Retention periods may differ by data category and provider.

Data Deletion

Local app data can generally be removed by using available in-app reset or deletion controls, clearing app data in device settings, or uninstalling the app.

Online account, profile, backup, or gameplay-related deletion requests can be submitted through the dedicated Data Deletion page.

Children's Privacy

Rutin Takipis not specifically directed at children. SK Studios does not knowingly request or collect personal information from children outside the data needed to provide disclosed app features. Parents or guardians may contact us regarding a child's data.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect app and online-service data. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should protect their devices, accounts, credentials, and access to linked Google services.
