1. Introduction
This page explains how users can request deletion of their Rutin Takip cloud account/profile and cloud backup data.
2. What can be deleted
Users can request deletion of:
- Cloud profile data associated with their Google sign-in
- Cloud backup records associated with their Google account
- Backup metadata connected to that account
3. How to request deletion
To request deletion, users should contact:
mim.saitkilic@gmail.com
They should include:
- The Google email address used in Rutin Takip
- A short note requesting deletion of their Rutin Takip cloud account and backup data
4. Local data
Local data stored on the user’s device can be deleted from inside the app, by clearing app data from device settings, or by uninstalling the app.
5. Data not deleted automatically
Uninstalling the app removes local device data but does not automatically delete cloud backup data. Cloud deletion should be requested using the contact method above.
