Last updated: July 10, 2026

1. Introduction

This policy explains the general privacy practices of SK Studios mobile applications and games. Because products have different features, each product page also includes a dedicated privacy policy with more specific information.

2. Product-specific Data Practices

SK Studios products may use one or more of the following data models:

  • Local-only storage:Data remains on the user's device and is not available to SK Studios.
  • Optional cloud backup: Users may connect an account and store selected backup data with a disclosed cloud provider.
  • Online product services: Games or connected products may use guest sessions, optional account linking, profiles, multiplayer, rankings, friends, messaging, purchases, security, or other server-backed features.

The relevant product page identifies which model applies and describes the data used by that product.

3. Local Device Data

Depending on the product, local data may include settings, timers, routines, notes, cached content, preferences, gameplay progress, session information, and similar product records. Local data can generally be removed through in-app controls, Android app settings, or uninstalling the product.

4. Accounts and Online Services

Some products may create a technical guest session or offer optional Google account connection. Online products may process account identifiers, email address when voluntarily linked, username, profile information, progress, rankings, entitlements, social relationships, messages, moderation records, security information, and related service data.

Providers may include Google, Google Play Games, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Supabase, PlayFab, or other services disclosed on the relevant product page. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

5. Advertising

Some products contain advertisements, including ads served by Google AdMob. Advertising providers may process advertising identifiers, device information, consent choices, approximate usage data, ad impressions, and ad interaction information to deliver, limit, measure, secure, and improve advertising.

Users may manage personalized advertising through device, Google, consent, or advertising settings where available.

6. Purchases and Platform Services

Products offering purchases may use Google Play Billing. SK Studios may process transaction identifiers, purchased product information, purchase status, entitlement status, and verification results. Full payment card details are handled by Google Play and are not provided to SK Studios.

7. Analytics, Diagnostics and Security

The use of analytics differs by product and is disclosed on the relevant product page. Even when a separate analytics SDK is not used, providers supporting advertising, billing, authentication, networking, platform gaming, crash handling, or security may process limited technical data for those functions.

8. Data Sharing

SK Studios does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Data may be shared with disclosed service providers only as needed to operate requested features, process purchases, serve ads, protect users and services, investigate abuse, provide support, comply with law, or resolve disputes.

9. Retention and Deletion

Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant feature, account continuity, support, security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal obligations, or legitimate operational purposes.

Products that maintain SK Studios cloud, backup, account, profile, or gameplay records provide a dedicated data-deletion page describing how to submit a request. Some records may be retained where required for transactions, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

10. Children's Privacy

SK Studios products are not specifically directed at children unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not knowingly request personal information from children beyond what is needed to provide disclosed product features. Parents or guardians may contact us regarding a child's data.

11. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect online-service data. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should protect their devices, screen locks, linked accounts, credentials, and access to third-party services.

12. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when products, providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date.
