Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Note Pocket mobile application developed by SK Studios.

Note Pocket provides a clean, local-first note-taking space where users can quickly capture and organize simple notes without any cloud dependency.

Data We Process

• Local device data:
  All notes and organizational data are stored locally on your device.
• Technical data:
  The app and its service providers may process limited device, network, authentication, security, billing, crash, or service-interaction data needed to operate, protect, and improve the relevant features.
• No sale of personal data:
  SK Studios does not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Advertising

Note Pocket may show advertisements served by Google AdMob or other disclosed advertising providers.

Advertising providers may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate usage information, consent choices, ad impressions, and ad interaction data to serve, limit, measure, secure, and improve advertising.

Personalized advertising can be managed or limited through device, Google, consent, or advertising settings where available.

Analytics and Diagnostics

At this time, Note Pocket does not use a separate third-party analytics service to create behavioral profiles. Service providers may still process limited technical, diagnostic, advertising, authentication, billing, or security data for their specific functions.

Data Sharing and Retention

Data is shared only as needed with service providers that support the features described in this policy, or when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or protection of users and services.

Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant feature, account continuity, security, support, transaction records, legal obligations, or legitimate operational purposes. Retention periods may differ by data category and provider.

Data Deletion

Local app data can generally be removed by using available in-app reset or deletion controls, clearing app data in device settings, or uninstalling the app.

This product does not maintain an SK Studios cloud account or cloud backup record for the user.

Children's Privacy

Note Pocketis not specifically directed at children. SK Studios does not knowingly request or collect personal information from children outside the data needed to provide disclosed app features. Parents or guardians may contact us regarding a child's data.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect app and online-service data. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should protect their devices, accounts, credentials, and access to linked Google services.
