Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Note Pocket mobile application developed by SK Studios.

Note Pocket provides a clean, local-first note-taking space where users can quickly capture and organize simple notes without any cloud dependency.

Core Principles

• No Account Required:
  You can use Note Pocket without creating an account or providing personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
• Local Data Storage:
  All notes and organizational data are stored locally on your device. SK Studios does not have access to this data.
• User-Controlled Data:
  You can create, edit, archive, delete, export, or reset your app data using the features provided inside the application.
• Offline Functionality:
  Most core features of Note Pocket are designed to work locally on your device. Your data stays on your device by default.

Data Export and Backup

Note Pocket may allow users to export or back up their app data. Any exported backup file is created under the user’s control.

If you choose to save, move, or share an exported backup file, you are responsible for how that file is stored and protected.

Advertising

Note Pocket may show ads served by third-party providers such as Google AdMob.

These providers may collect certain technical information, such as device identifiers, advertising ID, approximate usage data, or ad interaction data, in order to serve, measure, and improve ads.

You can manage or limit personalized advertising from your device’s privacy or advertising settings.

Third-party Analytics

At this time, Note Pocket does not use third-party analytics services to track your personal behavior or usage patterns inside the app.

Data Sharing

SK Studios does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

Data created inside the app is not sent to SK Studios servers. If third-party advertising services are used, those services may process limited technical data according to their own privacy policies.

Data Deletion

Users can delete/reset local data inside the app.

Users can remove local app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data from device settings.

Children’s Privacy

Note Pocket is not specifically directed at children. SK Studios does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

Since your data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for protecting your device, screen lock, backups, and exported files.
