Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the İngilizce Kelime Yarışması mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Permitted Use

İngilizce Kelime Yarışması is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Disrupt, overload, probe, bypass, or compromise the app, its security, its servers, or connected services.
• Use unauthorized automation, exploits, modified clients, cheating tools, or manipulated network requests.
• Manipulate profiles, progress, scores, rankings, rewards, purchases, match results, or other online records.

Educational Scope

The game supports English vocabulary practice using A1–C1 level groupings. It is not an official CEFR examination or language certification service and does not guarantee academic, professional, or official proficiency outcomes.

Accounts and Online Features

Online features may depend on guest authentication, optional account connection, third-party platform services, server availability, network access, and compliance with product rules.

The game uses a Supabase-backed guest session for online features. Players may optionally connect a Google account for account continuity, while Google Play Games may provide platform gaming services.

SK Studios may restrict, suspend, reset, or terminate access to online features when cheating, abuse, fraud, unauthorized automation, security risks, harmful conduct, or violations of these terms are detected.

Community Conduct

Community, friendship, profile, and messaging features must be used respectfully and lawfully. Users must not post or transmit harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, personal data belonging to others, spam, scams, illegal content, or material that infringes third-party rights.

SK Studios may review reports, remove or restrict content, limit communication features, or suspend accounts to protect users, enforce product rules, investigate abuse, or comply with legal requirements.

Purchases, Subscriptions and Virtual Items

Purchases are processed through Google Play and are also subject to Google Play's terms, refund rules, and payment policies. Prices, packages, availability, and included benefits may change where permitted by law.

Virtual currencies, items, rewards, memberships, and entitlements are licensed for use inside the app. They have no real-world cash value, are not transferable outside supported product features, and may be adjusted when reasonably necessary for balance, security, fraud prevention, technical correction, or legal compliance.

Advertising and Third-party Services

The application may display advertisements or use services provided by third parties. Interactions with third-party services are also governed by the providers' own terms and privacy policies.

Service Availability and Changes

Features may be updated, balanced, replaced, limited, interrupted, or discontinued. Online services may be unavailable due to maintenance, provider changes, network problems, security events, platform restrictions, or circumstances outside SK Studios' reasonable control.

No Warranty

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. SK Studios does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of any feature, or suitability for a specific purpose.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for protecting your device, linked accounts, credentials, purchases, and local data. SK Studios is not responsible for loss caused by device failure, app removal, account-provider changes, unauthorized access, user error, unsupported modifications, or third-party service failure, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
