Request Overview

This page explains how users can request deletion of account, profile, cloud backup, or online service data associated with İngilizce Kelime Yarışması.

Data Covered by a Request

• Guest or Google-linked account and profile records
• Online gameplay progress, settings, currencies, inventory and entitlements, subject to transaction and legal retention requirements
• Friend, social and chat data associated with the profile
• Match, ranking and season-related account records where deletion is legally and technically permitted

How to Submit a Request

Send a deletion request to:

Include as much of the following information as is available so the correct account can be identified:

• The product name: İngilizce Kelime Yarışması
• Your in-app username, profile name, or player identifier
• The Google email address linked to the app, if an account was connected
• A clear statement requesting deletion of the account and associated online data

Identity Verification

SK Studios may request reasonable verification before deleting data to prevent unauthorized deletion of another user's account. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or unrelated identity documents.

Local Device Data

Local data can generally be removed through available in-app reset or deletion controls, by clearing the app's storage in Android settings, or by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete online account, profile, purchase, or backup records.

Data That May Be Retained

Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for purchase verification, accounting, fraud prevention, security investigations, dispute resolution, enforcement, legal compliance, or protection of users and services. Data may also be de-identified or aggregated where it can no longer reasonably identify the user.

Third-party Accounts

Deleting SK Studios product data does not delete the user's Google account, Google Play Games profile, Google Play purchase history, or other independent third-party accounts. Those services must be managed through the provider's own tools and policies.
